At DuroMax Power Equipment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Log into your DuroMax account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original, unworn items back into their protective packaging, ensuring all garment tags and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a free home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
